Cookie policy

Last updated: 27 August 2026

This policy explains cookies and similar technologies used across www.telomyx.co.uk and book.telomyx.co.uk. You can reopen Cookie settings in either site's footer at any time.

Necessary technologies

These support security, remember your privacy choice and enable the booking, authentication and payment functions you request. They include telomyx_consent_v1 (your choice, up to six months) and telomyx_consent_id (a random consent identifier, up to six months). Protected account areas may use Supabase authentication cookies. Stripe may use technologies necessary to provide secure hosted checkout and fraud prevention. These functions cannot be switched off through our preference control.

Analytics

If you allow analytics, Google Analytics may set first-party _ga cookies to distinguish consented browsers and sessions. Google sets these for up to two years, but we remove the known Google cookies when you reject or withdraw consent and when an expired Telomyx preference is next checked. We also set telomyx_attribution_v1 for up to six months to carry consented campaign and Google Analytics identifiers between the marketing and booking subdomains. We send only selected public-site and booking-funnel events. Automatic form tracking is disabled.

Advertising measurement

If you allow advertising measurement, Google may set _gcl cookies, generally for up to 90 days, and use advertising click identifiers to attribute a booking. Personalised advertising, remarketing, Google Signals and enhanced conversions are disabled.

Advanced Consent Mode

Google tags load on eligible public pages with analytics and advertising storage denied. While denied, cookieless signals may be sent for aggregate measurement and modelling. Google says these can include the public page URL, timestamp, user agent, screen resolution, referrer, approximate location derived from the network request, consent state, a random number and an indication that ad-click information was present. We remove URL query parameters before the Google tag loads on the marketing site, remove measurement and package parameters on eligible booking pages, and do not load Google tags at all on URLs containing checkout, confirmation, package-access or other private tokens. Advertising data redaction is enabled and URL passthrough is disabled.

Your choice

Accept all and Reject non-essential are given equal prominence. Choose lets you control analytics and advertising measurement separately. Rejecting does not affect booking or payment. It removes the known Google cookies we control and updates Consent Mode immediately. Your choice is remembered for up to six months, after which we ask again.

Browser controls

You can also delete or block cookies in your browser. Blocking necessary cookies may stop authentication, preference or payment functions from working correctly.
